Think about at what point some of the ALR, Beast, Espi etc... discussion belongs in a long term roster thread. It is all tied to Rendon's future. I think at this point there is no need to narrow him in on one position until the long term roster is figured out. 2d or 1st seem most likely, but even left is a possibility.
That doesn't give you much time to make the decision since ALR will be a free agent this year and Morse after next season. I think if they want to fast track Rendon, 1b is the position, if they like him as a trade chip 3b. I just don't trust his health as a MI
