Let's get Wily Mo as many ABs as possible before this season ends. Please?!

That should be mandatory.

I'm not talking about the game I'm talking about the game thread. It just seemed slow at times with little discourse for long periods of the game.

I thought it was pretty refreshing not to have all of the nagging for once. I know what you mean, though.

Yeah I guess I'm not really bothered that much about the controversy or the nagging although the whining about the nagging can get a little annoying

True, as long as the Nats win I don't care about the flow of the game thread.

I guess whining does suck more. I try to stay away from both.

Alright, Mo gets an interview. Never heard him talk before. Wonder how good his English is.

But really there was some good baseball tonight from the Nats that we can talk about. Redding was more than solid again and our bats were consistent pretty much throughout.

Redding's been one of the biggest surprises, IMO.

Weren't we there once already this season and faltered badly? I would love to get out of the cellar for good. That would be a huge positive but every time I get excited the bottom falls out and we go back to the bottom  :? Redding is being interviewed now.

Absolutely. He would've gotten your ball of the game tonight. I think we should make an attempt to bring him back next season.

Actually, he was supposed to be a solid top-of-the rotation guy coming into ST.  Then he hit rock-bottom in May, posting terrible numbers in the minors.  So he's been a surprise as far as May on.

Well, they said they'd "catch up with" Wily Mo. Should be next. Not sure, though.

I wouldn't mind seeing that. I believe I heard him speak once and his english wasn't all that sharp but as long as the bat is sweet who cares what language he speaks
