The yellow bill on the orange hat really does look like Howard the Duck's beak.
I'd can the light blue and the yellow bill trim and go with dark blue. Seriously, dark blue or black, orange, and white works well. Why get complicated? why stop at 2 pastels? Why not the entire sherman-williams color selection?
