I wouldn't count on that. Aside from Willems and Espinosa, I have a hard time seeing any really good prospects ending up there.
Marrero will at least start the season there. King could blossom. Burgess will probably be there for a while. Detwiler will probably be there to start the season. And who else knows who could come out of nowhere from the lower levels and produce. Norris maybe.
