solid insight ... seems like he's faster this year. or just getting better jumps. or combo of both 
Probably better jumps. Maury Wills was nowhere close to the fastest guy in baseball, but he could read a pitcher (and he was quick). We saw Darren Ford get thrown out yesterday. It's not as much pure speed as smarts.
