Giants signed another reliever to a 3 year $15 mil contract.

This guy - http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/g/garcija01.shtml - who appears to be a decent reliever but nothing amazing. They get his last year of arbitration and 2 years of free agency.

EDIT - I just looked him up. Interesting story about him picking up a new identitiy in the DR and then going back to his true identity later.
