What? This is perfect for Washingtonians. Watch Stras pitch then flip over and watch the Skins game at 4

Better yet is flippin' between Stras and the Steelers/Ravens.   :)

I mean from a business/attendance perspective.  No one is going to wake up early to go to a Nationals game and then head over to a Skins game right after.  And considering this is opening day for the Skins, chances are most people are going to choose that game over the Nats game.
I know people who are attending both.  I've done Nats/Caps and Nats/United twofers, but the logistics of getting out to FedEx are pretty daunting.

One, you leave early. Like after Stras is pulled.

Two, watch the Skins game in a sports bar. Far cheaper to get drunk.

Three, Fed Ex SUCKS. Landover sucks. I will never, ever go to another Redskins game as long as its at Fed Ex. Takes too long to get in, the employees are rude and getting out of there is, at best, a two hour ordeal.

PS   I'm old but I loved 'skins' games at RFK.

Quite a great performance today.  Anyone wanna take a guess on total strikeouts for us?

Never got to see one. I actually feel cheated. Just every time I go to Fed Ex, I feel less and less impressed. And I've been to good games too. Like the Redskins/Cowboys game where we stomped them 35-7 and Cooley had 3 TDs.

I look back on it and realize how much of a hassle everything was.

Strasburg's velocity is down and the bullpen is warming up

As Charlie reminds us, JZimm had some starts like this last year as well.  I wouldn't be too concerned.

Saw 'skins/Steelers on a Monday night a few years ago.   It was like work.

Not really, and in any case Wood had pretty much the same velocity after TJ surgery.  His problem was his crap control, which Stras hasn't exhibited.  But if you want to assume the absolute worst case, feel free.  Nobody's stopping you.

Yea, the worst part is, my wife has never been to a game and wants to go. She's expecting me to take her. I'm trying to talk her sister in to doing it. I know her sister will drive (she hates public transportation) and they'll be stuck there for hours

Wasn't really paying attention, why was Gorzo warming up?
