Alzner stinks. Crabb is minor league caliber.

Ovechkin, Green, and Backstrom are overrated and overpaid.
Consider the source.

Ok, genius, we'll trade the entire team. Ok. Because that can happen.
I know, they are stuck with these bums. This team's window has closed. The sooner the rebuild begins the better.

I thought that Crabb was pretty good.  If Holtby hadn't been so porous in the 2nd we might have had ourselves a game.  The 3rd wasn't bad until that boneheaded 5 on 3 in the final minute or two.  Two many jackwagons waving their yellow towels though, and that mass yinzer congregation on the portrait gallery steps after the game was a clear case for the use of pepper spray and fire hoses if there ever was one

I'm cautiously optimistic ovie is learning new tricks on rw. Had a nice toe drag only to be stoned by vokoun. He can beat people around the outside and make a power move to the net. A goal or two from over there will help his confidence

Randy Carlyle coach of the Leafs  ...  think I remember him from the early Pens   ....

EDIT:    Looked him up on hockey reference and he's much later than I thought.

Brutal missed shot by Carlson leads to puck going down to other end where Poti epic failure ensues. Awful

So, so bad. Toronto played yesterday and got waxed. And now they are dominating the Caps.

Alzner sucks so much ass. How is it that him and Carlson have both turned into total 100% busts when they had so much potential a few years ago??

We gotta keep the new guy Rick out of here.   He may move back to Philadelphia.

Long distance bomb by Toronto. Why are the Caps so vulnerable to that?

Nice save

The score is 3-1 because the Caps don't put the puck in the net

Forgot to mention it wasn't on Poti. So far I like Poti. Would love to get rid of Carlson though
