Just for the record - I've never heard of WB Mason (until the MASN commercials) and I've never seen a WB Mason.

Now I know why ... there are NONE in Virginia:

There's only one in MD.  None in DC.

Let's not get too carried away here.  Everyone knew his velocity was Livanesque, but his achievements merited a look in the majors.  Most of us have never seen him pitch before being called up, so there's a lot of interest in watching him throw, trying to figure out exactly how this guy with nothing can strike out nearly 10 batters for every one walked.  I am extremely interested in watching the guy pitch, but to say that means I have him penciled in in the rotation is kind of silly.  Perhaps you are referring to other posters, but I don't really recall such brash claims.

But I will be happy to be corrected!    :P

Who ever mentioned tomterp as one of the morons in question?

It makes me mad that Carlos Lee can be so damn fat and earning $100 mil.  Can't you get on a damn treadmill for that much money?

I'm not saying you did, but I think I am representive of a lot of observers who were intrigued by his accomplishments in the face of such obvious limitations.  How does he do it?  Can it possibly translate?

Fair questions, the answer is probably not (in my opinion) but that doesn't mean I wouldn't want to see it proved first.

I am interested now in seeing your moron list.

You also think Ian Desmond has proven more than Danny Espinosa.

So........ yeah.

Not really.  Watching Espinosa strikeout three times a night just makes me wonder why he doesn't get a fraction of the venom that Desmond does.

Stammen should translate well to relief... in the past he hasn't though.

Stammen looks good - but it may just be seeing his low 90's stuff vs. Milone's mid/high 80's.

But I do think Stammen could be a decent #5 starter in the bigs.

We have a #5.  His name is John Lannan.

I did a piece on Stammen's cutter one time. It's basically the perfect pitch, and yet, he hardly ever throws it.

This team is just uninspiring. No real energy or swagger/excitement, etc.

How many more bad teams do I have to add to my signature that we're worse than???  >:(

I can pencil in the Marlins because that's already established.  :|

If you mean Kristen Berset, she used to be Miss Florida but I don't find her all that hot.

Yeah, definitely an ugly girl.   Poor thing.

(Image removed from quote.)

I didn't say she was ugly. I just basically said that her look doesn't quite appeal to me.
