It's the knuckle balls.

So no gyration involved?

Good walk Ankiel. Why couldn't you do that more often when you were starting?

No - it's Dice-K who's got the gyroed balls.

But when he knuckles his balls, they flutter.

This is so pitiful. Knuckleballing fluke

Dickey is a microcosm of the Mets season: a one-trick pony fluke (Dickey's Knuckleball = Wright's season). We all know the Mets will crash in the 2nd half and battle the Phils for dead last.

This is frustrating to watch, but Dickey is unhittable today, kudos to him.

Ray Knight said in the pre-game show that the movement on his knuckleball is affected by the wind.

So the Lerners need to turn on some very large FANS...

The lady fans insist that Dickey with wind can be a bad experience.

Harper is really struggling with the knuckler. Is this the 1st time he;s seen Dick(ey)?

Just have to tip the cap to Dickey today. Dominant.

I also don't understand why none of our pitchers hold runners.

Now he has to face Hairston who kills LH pitching. Such a poor display of pitching from the Nationals today.

Just yet another failed chance to sweep. Our record in this scenario is scary bad. 1-11 or something?
