Are you trying to pull a Chief and post what the score will be next inning?  Why would you give the O's an additional run :D

he was safe but still that is freaking pathetic.

These bums are so bad they can't even execute a hit and run. You can't run until the pitcher throws the freaking ball

BA down to .276.

I hope for the team's sake he does come out of it. We aren't paying him just to produce in April. There are 6 months in a baseball season.

As if BA matters for something like that.  You could hit .500 for a month and then .100 for a month and still have a .300 BA, but if your name was Adam Dunn, sportsfan882 would be calling you garbage during that entire .100 month.

Seriously man, stop rooting against your own team.  Dunn provides protection for Zimmerman and a threat that benefits the entire lineup.  He's going to have streaks and slumps just like any other player.

Also, if "We" are paying him, I think you need to give me some money ;)

I'm not rooting against anybody. Just calling them out when they deserve it.

You never call out Zimm or Flores, and you rarely give Dunn ANY credit and rip him at every opportunity.  Even when you do give him credit, it's rarely anything more than "good job Dunn" or a backhanded compliment like "Wow Dunn actually came through!"

nope that was AZ. I've been very complimentary of Dunn when he produced. Unfortunately he hasn't been doing much of that for a while now.

just let sportsfan do his biased favorite-playing in peace. we go through this every game, and he is always going to be in denial about it. just leave him to his hypocrisy.

No, you really haven't.  Like I said, terse three-to-four word compliments, that's it.  You definitely do not treat him anywhere near the way you treat Zimm and Flores.  There's no arguing this.

Minty Bard really shouldn't argue with the ump.  It's not the ump's fault.  Bard really SHOULD hit that ball

It makes me sad that 3 Doors Down would sell out for a Geico commercial.  I've always hated when bands sell their songs for stupid crap like that.

That's what the IGNORE button is for

MASN-2 aired Oreos Xtra before the game, and they're airing different commercials from MASN-1.

Eh I probably could ignore sportsfan, he sticks to trashing the team, but I don't personally feel the need.  I just like to see if he'll ever admit his fanboyish tendencies.  It's like waiting for Teddy to win.

Someday when the Nats win the world series, I expect sportsfan to create a tearful thread expressing his forbidden love of every player he ever shat on.

Dude, just admit it.  You root for Zimmerman more than anyone else no matter what he does.  It's okay, it's not like it's a big secret.
