Where do you do your training runs? I have no idea how fast/slow I am... I'd love to run sometime and see if I can keep up with you. Prolly not, but it'd give me a sense of how far I have to go...
Ran my first 5k yesterday, Sunday the 22nd. Did the GWParkway 5k. 35:17, not great, but heck, I've had a quadruple bypass.
