That was an excellent piece. Jenkins has more of a direct personal stake in this, but her bit in today's WP is worth a read as well.
I'm still really on the fence about this. Dick Pound was the original anti-doping Torquemada back in the 90s, and whatever due process existed back then sounds as if it is pretty much gone now.
I didn't realize before reading the articles what a crapshow these organizations were. Whether or not Lance is guilty, I guess there wasn't going to be any good outcome for him here. Sounds like if they don't get you one way, it looks like it's another.
