It appears that the 12-second MASN delay is NOT in effect for FOX.
The Nationals radio broadcast is tracking the game live, so turn it on if ya want!

I have to wonder what is being said in the dugout to our batters?  Is popping out on the first pitch the gameplan?

Apparently it is the gameplan.  >:(

Good to see Chico stepping it up for the "national" audience
Chico is clutch as hell.. Remember his dominating performance on July 4th against the Cubs?

I cannot believe what the offense is doing to poor Matt Chico.  He should not have to be freaking perfect against the great Phillies offense in  this ball park in these conditions.

Matt Chico has better patience than the rest of our hitters and that's sad..

When you swing on the first pitch, you have a very high threshold for doing something good!

What a bunch of idiots.. "How about that matchup tomorrow.. Glavine VS Dontrelle".. While Bergmann gets no mention even though he has been 10 times better than Dontrelle this year.  Jason is going to own Philly tomorrow.

ANOTHER FIRST PITCH OUT ARRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!

You think you'd be reacting like that if we hit a homer on the first pitch? I don't understand people's obsession on here w/ not swinging at the first pitch. The ONLY reason players should think like that is if a pitcher is 1) FANTASTIC or 2) Inaccurate. If they're swinging at strikes, who cares what pitch it is?

Lohse is a starting pitcher.
You can SMELL the fear of losing on both the Phillies team and in the stands with their scared fans.  We will win.  More runs please...

There many problems with swinging at the first pitch.
