My character is a high elf. I always play as an elf in the Elder Scrolls games for some reason. I'm going the battlemage route like Chief.
I played a Bosmer in one of my Oblivion playthroughs for a sneak/archer character, but on the whole I've just never liked the appearance of elves in TES. I know that's a stupid reason not to play one, esp when you're in first-person view most of time anyway, but dammit, that's how I feel
Khajiit actually look really interesting. Never played one in any previous TES game and now that they have claws and unlimited night-eye (as well as plenty of sneak-related buffs), I may actually earmark them for my inevitable second or third playthrough
