Arsenal dodged a bullet vs Fulham.  Van Persie was amazing, just wide of the goal like 6 times.

My boss has turned me into an Arsenal fan.  Can I still take you up on that tattoo offer? :P

City had a tough time against Fulham, too. They seem to step up their game against the better teams.

fulham has been strange this year. they've had a couple losses/ties where they have chance after chance after chance. other times they get dominated. today they played pretty well until about the 80th minute

That City-Liverpool game today was intense. Reina should have been sent off early on for blocking the ball with his arm outside of the box.

I'd usually agree, but Aguero would have been past him and probably would have scored there. Inadvertent or not, his arm was outstretched and it blocked the ball.

Alright, where's a good place to buy my boss an Arsenal scarf?  I'd rather not buy him a cheapie.

Just click on the team you like in the standings list and it'll take you to that teams' home site.

Check the "stores" online through each club.   Don't know how much of a hurry you're in but they have "official" stuff.

I'm still trying to determine with who I'm gonna bandwagon.    :)

Anyone see Balotelli's goal? Shouldered it in. That was hilarious.

City whooped Norwich.

It was a funny goal, but everything I've seen of him, he seems like TO 2.0. He seems skilled, but could be a cancer in the locker room. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The weird thing is that everyone says he's the nicest guy off the field. I think his crazy personality is good for the league. You have to remember he's only 21. I do think he needs to stop freaking out so much when calls don't go his way, though. Too many cards for him this season.

Just got in from puttin' up the lights when I saw the goal.   Thought it was a little TOish as well.    "Act like you've been there before."   Now it's MU time !

Side story:   Always liked soccer but never really got into the Premier League until this year.   I knew about Liverpool, United .. the big boys but not much about the other teams.   I always wondered why all the big cities seemed to be represented but Birmingham.    Found out today  ...   dumbass.   :)

I hope that Villa somehow find a way of winning this thing (or at least keeping those bastards to one point).

United is owning the action.   They're keeping their streak of one goal alive.  :)

Villa have one of the better strikers in the league, but they can't get him the ball.

They really need to reinvest that money they got for Downing and Young. Their midfield is pretty crappy.

I've done nothing but watch soccer the last 2 days. I came in @ the 50 min mark of this game and it's been one hell of a game. Missing that PK was a killer for Sunderland.

Yes it was.   Wolves came right down and scored.   I think the announcer said it was 27 seconds after the miss.   I don't know how long this will last but I'm really gettin' into the FOX Soccer channel.   Nice change of pace.    Great game and these guys are near the bottom of the standings.

No winter weekend is complete without a bit of footie on TV.  The Bundesleague games are good fun as well.

I'm also really into it ever since Fios got the HD channel for it. I decided to check the standings to see where these two ranked, and was surprised at how low they were, with how great the game was. I've seen some good MLS games, but I wish it was at the level of the BPL.

I really need to pick a BPL team and follow them.
