giolito will be back and ready to pitch by september of 2013 so I expect him to be sent to the instructional league and then log some innings in the afl. In 2014 I think he'll split time between hagerstown and potomac. 2015 he could get a few more starts at potomac to open the season, spend the rest of the minor league season at harrisburg, then get called up to be our trevor rosenthal/david price out of the pen in the playoffs. And lastly, in my dream world, he'll start 2016 in the rotation when he will still only be 21 years old.
