When a dude is in your face and you don't react at all it means you didn't feel threatened by him. Clearly Bruney was certain KRod didn't really want to fight.

Even so...let's start next season with him at CF. Kearns will be gone and Dukes can sit on the bench unless we can trade his lousy ass. I'm tired of watching some of this crap. Both of those balls to center were catchable.

dukes is fine in right field.  the guy just isn't a center fielder.  his speed is way over rated

I would rather play Willingham in RF than Dukes. Dukes may be alright as a bench player, but he just doesn't do anything for me as an everyday guy.

He was overhyped by Bowden and AZ.

He's got power potential. So. Dunn realized that potential. Dukes reminds me of Francouer.

 at MacDougal and this bullpen.

these losses have been so discouraging on this road trip. lead in every game only to lose all of them. you'd figure by just pure luck we would have won at least 1 or 2.

Well according to all the talking heads from the first half of the 2005 season, it should even out in the second half.  So we're due like 15 "evening out" wins, right? :?

Give the kid an extended tryout next season and see how it turns out. It can't be any worse than Milledge or Dukes out there. Who else are we gonna put out there?

Ok Manny - way to show confidence in your closer.

Fire Manny.

Gameday Pitch F/x says McDougal got badly squeezed on his Matsui walk.  3 pitches touching the box, the other inside.

BTW, Where is AZ? I figured he would be on here defending the love of his life to the bitter end.
