The extent of my "Jew Food" experience is pretty much just bagels with lox and cream cheese.
Some of it sounds appetizing like corned beef on rye, and some of it sounds horrible like chicken fat spread on bread, chopped liver, or cow tongue. It's all delicious.
Gefilte fish is floating in jelly made from fish bones.
