Just for the hell of it...

Player A - Danny Espinosa
Player B - Ian Desmond
Player C - I'm not really sure, Lombo?
Player D - Ryan Zimmerman

I want to know how close I was Linty!

you did very well...

In Espinosa's defense and also in the defense of the coaches and front office, we absolutely raked Ian Desmond over the coals the past two seasons and now the guy is a big contributor. Honestly one of my favorite players.

Maybe our World Series winning coach and a front office who is paid to run a baseball team knows more than we do on here?

They obviously have some screw ups like Nady and Stairs, but I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt when they let someone like Espinosa stick around. Their faith in Desmond is paying off. Same with LaRoche. I would have sent them to the Colorado this past off season for a couple AA relievers but they're proving their worth.

Is there a way to see his last 30 days vs. righties because I' going to say that those numbers are super inflated by his AB's vs lefties. (mindfact)

I honestly believe that what we're seeing is Espinosa's ceiling. He's a low batting average, free swining hitter with some pop.

A platoon 2B...or 3B. He has the arm to play 3B.

True. Or short. So it's not like he's a terrible thing to have. I also think he could play LF/RF like Lombo. Good to have that on the team.

He can't hit. Just like Zim, he should be a designated fielder.
