Dukes' approach is different than most. I don't know if he would've swung there even if it was a strike, but I'll take the walk.

Good bunt, Perez. God when will our pitchers ever learn?

He hit it too hard.  Oh well, Felipe predictably strikes out anyways. 1-hitter for Estes through 3.

I think Felipe's "off-field problems" from last year are back.

Walks the backup catcher and #8 hitter on 5 pitches. That should never happen.

Dude, he's lived a very, very hard life.  I mean, I'm not saying it's frustrating that it continues to affect him on the field, but he's been through a lot...

Perez is slowly falling apart.  If this were any other team in the league besides the Fathers, this game would be out of reach already.

He tripped and still beat the throw. How did that happen?

I'm liking how Perez is pitching tonight. Like Lo Duca said, he's pitching to contact. In this ballpark, it's better to let your defense make the outs instead of trying to be too fine.

Walk-off 2-run Double by Fernando Tatis to lift the Mutts over the Fish 7-6 in 12 innings.

It just blows my mind that Tatis is still around.
