B&B on the Eastern Shore is always a fun couples thing to do. Fantastic biking along uncrowded roads, Kayaking / canoeing in marshes with eagles circling overhead, seafood, artists galleries, etc. There are some big hotels that are really nice too, like the Cambridge Hyatt.
St Michaels, Oxford, Chestertown, Snow Hill, Easton, all nice.
