would round 2 pick 1 be considered premium or would that be only high first round?
I would consider Kobernus to be a premium pick. When you look at his entire resume, there really isn't anything missing. His father played pro ball, he was a three year starter at a Pac-10 school and played summer ball in the Cape Cod League. He's about as polished a player as you can hope to draft.
