The picture was in the Boston Globe. The caption says "The plaza along Water Street was flooded after Hurricane Sandy left most of lower Manhattan without power."
Oh definitely, just wondering the locale. Didn't figure it was secret CIA headquarters or the gates of hell or anything like that.
