No worries, here is the definition from FanGraphs. UZR is one of the better metrics available these days to measure defensive ability. It is best observed over a three year period:
UZR (ultimate zone rating): The number of runs above or below average a fielder is in both range runs, outfield arm runs, double play runs and error runs combined.
