you really ARE on something

Pudge's OPS by month:
Mar/Apr  .973
May       .592
June       .580
July        .528

Add in leading MLB in GIDP and his bat has been the horrible bat of 06-09 since May.  Great defense/calling games thought and the other option is still Wil so he has to stay in.

This is pathetic..... It's like watching an alcoholic that won't get help. You can only hope that they will snap out of it.

how so. He's been awful. If it weren't for his work behind the plate and the fact that he is Pudge people would be ripping him on here.

We need a new starting catcher badly. I wouldn't mind Pudge as the backup.

Flores needs to get his ass back on the field pronto :whip:

You and Potomac must've gone to the same school.

I was laughing at your delusions about Flores coming back...  ever.  If the team hasn't replaced Nieves yet I wouldn't hold your breath on them replacing Pudge.  He's not here for his bat anyway.

Maybe a Cueto no-hitter is the embarrassment this team needs to start playing better. These losers haven't scored a run in days.

Pudge was SUPPOSED to be the backup, but your boy Flores can't ever stay on the damn field.

Looks like Desmond has more of an open stance than he did earlier this season.

Runners on the corners with no outs.

Think they can manage not to score a run?

Dibble is killing them. If Harris and Morgan are your future, then it's not bright as some of the koolaid drinkers want you to believe.

3rd   N Morgan hit sacrifice fly to left, W Harris scored.   1   4
3rd   C Guzman singled to deep center, I Desmond scored.

Nationals  2
Reds         4
