Dusty Baker leaving a kid named Wood in for too long. I believe we have seen this before.

bad thing about it was...that pitch wasn't even a strike. it was way outside and dude just reached out and touched it.

Clippard needs his confidence back. Maybe the break will re-energize him

You would think Nieves is catching him with the amount of junk he throws on a night in, night out basis.

Slaten or Burnett should take Clippards place, Clippard goes to Walker's role.

And Clippard has thrown all of these pitches and still only has one out!

Who do we have in the minors to replace Clippard?

That's an over reaction... no matter how much he's struggling.

I'm thinking the next bullpen call up will be Bally

Really?

Yes.

Apparently you've never seen anyone struggle?

What about when Clippard went 11 straight games without a run? Were you asking for an extension?

It's the same thing.

Logical since he's on the 40man.

I've seen people struggle but this is really bad struggling.  It doesn't mean he gets DFA'd, just sent down.

He's also been very good since converting from starter. He definitely deserves a fair shot in September at the very least.

You all are hilarious if you really think Clippard is going to be sent out.

He could give up a three run bomb here and I promise you he won't be sent out tomorrow.

There's no question there but Peralta's surprising success makes it tough because I don't think he has options.
