here's what i use as a marinade for bulgogi or short ribs:
- 1 cup of red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps of sugar
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 cup of chopped green onion/scallion
- tsp of sesame oil
- salt/pepper
marinate for at least an hour and grill.
