If we cannot win by baseball skills, beat them with broken pieces of the bats.

ARRRGGGHHHH Belliard is up again. Maholm was probably more intimidated by Billy Crystal.

this team is freaking garbage. the hitting continues to be woeful with runners on base.

Willingham up with a 3-1 count and a runner on 1st with 0 outs hits a routine grounder right to 3B.

Punishment I hope. To see him just waving his bat halfheartedly is shameful.

Dude, quit talking out of your ass, he's 2 for 8 with a walk and an RBI in the series.  Nothing special, but hardly mailing it in either.

2 for his last 13 with 9 Ks. did you see the game last night? He swung at multiple pitches that bounced way in the dirt.

So what?  Because he's slumping it means he's mailing it in?  I guess Zimmerman was mailing it in for all of June and July then huh?  Besides, if he hadn't swung at those pitches, you'd be on his nuts about not swinging the bat.

You guys are seriously ridiculous.  I honestly don't know why I even dignify your bullcrap with a response.

Y'all prefer the parade of losers to Dunn? Y'all might not be nuts but you sure is crazy.

Oh yeah, does anyone remember when SF laughed his ass off when I gave him stats for one week when Dunn was hot?  But I guess one week of slumping (not even) is totally legit.

overslid the bag. his foot was off the bag.

Morgan gets caught stealing way too much.

The 2B basically forced his leg off of the bag.  While I agree that he shouldn't have been picked off, it's clear that his old team knew how to play him there.

bending over for Maholm who has looked terrible today. 79 pitches through 6. He should be able to go 8 easily, maybe even 9.

ugh. taken out after 85 pitches.

Balester will never be as good as he wants to until he can learn to pitch effectively with runners on base. He is a completely different pitcher.
