Maybe some dopey rule against "throwing objects onto the field of play..." Which is supposed to rule put throwing quarters from the upper deck at the opposing OF...and such.
I understand that rule - but the Nats could use a little lesson in "Fan Experience."
Throw the guy out who threw the ball back, but don't chuck out the thousands of drunken, obnoxious Phillies fans . . .
