According to scouting reports he has 2 plus pitches and another average one, good command of the strike zone and he is pretty young. He has potential to be pretty good.

Sportsfan only trusts the scouting reports he creates from minor league box scores

quality start for Martin.

His ERA is down to 4.40 (lower than Clayton Richard's).

freak you offense
Richard has thrown 124 innings and a lot of them coming in the AL, while Martin has thrown 44.

Nice, 3:30 game tomorrow.

Which means the game will be over by 6, maybe 5:30 with the way the offense is playing.

I say we put Dukes in the lead-off spot tomorrow, he has been looking patient at the plate lately and has hit the ball to all fields.

Bard is so slow with his homerun trot - should have pinch run Nieves

In Dukes' defense that was a balk.

QFT.

What could Dukes have possibly been thinking? We were down by 2 runs. No need to get a big lead or attempt to steal second. Should have stayed a few feet off the bag.

These mental lapses happen far too frequently with this team. This team needs a sports psychologist.

Everytime I hear the name JD Martin, I think he has dark hair and then I see him and he's a blond.  The name JD Martin sounds like someone who'd have dark hair.
