i like our chances tonight of getting our first win vs the mutts. HILL will stifle the mutts.

not worried.

we're gonna win by 7 tonight, Zimmerman is going to hit a 3-run HR, Wily Mo is going to hit a 2-run HR and Hill is going to pitch 7 innings of shutout baseball.

there is no way the Nationals can possibly lose this game. it's just not going to happen.

Aaron Boone, Willie Harris , Will Nieves, Shawn Hill batting back to back to back to back?

The Mets are so screwed.

i really don't even sense the sarcasm even though you're trying to be. all of that is realistically doable.

First time Milledge has sat in a while.

I wonder when O'Connor last pitched, and thus when he'll be available out of the 'pen.

As long as Lopez has a better OBP, he will be starter. Of course, that means "on base percentage" not "Offering Bazooka gum Percentage."

does anyone have the slightest clue as to why millz and nicky j are getting a day off? especially nicky j who got the day off sunday vs the marlins.

 :icon_question: :icon_question: :icon_question:

and i think tonight is the night pena finally unleashes his power and goes yard.

I think it's because of the lefty-lefty matchup w/ NJ (doesn't make much sense to me either). Harris' little hot streak gave Manny the chance to give Milledge a day off. That shouldn't happen too often.

He was scheduled to pitch tonight for Columbus, so he should be okay to go.

Milledge is out because he's played every game so far, and Johnson can't hit LHPs this season. Also the fact that Boone is hitting well to date.

Now if Dukes was really a "superman" why is he sitting out right now with a "super tender hamstring?"

Damn. Did that just say we have been outscored 28-3 in the 6th inning this season?

The sixth inning is obviously our hell.
