Once again... calling B.S. on this one.

According to Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo, right-hander Garrett Mock (neck) felt a twinge during a bullpen session on Monday.

"We sent him to D.C. to get it checked out," said Rizzo. "It turns out he had something in his upper back that was causing the shoulder. It's a disc thing that put pressure on the nerve. He thought it was his shoulder, but it was actually (radiating) from his neck." It's not known when he'll be able to resume baseball activities.

My favorite tactic is to park on the l'Enfant Promenade, near the l'Enfant Plaza hotel.
The meters there go off at 6:30 and I usually get there around 6 so it costs a buck, then I walk into the metro station through the hotel and it's 2 stops to the park.

Heh, that's how I do it too!

Off topic, but can anyone tell me my parking options for tomorrow's game. I'm trying not to spend a lot of money parking.

It's all connected.  They wrote a song about it.  We sang it in elementary school.

I'm telling you tomorrow is a holiday in DC. You can park on the hill and walk to the game.Parking around the Park is still a no-no but 8 blocks away is okay.

Good point. The only guys who get injured on the Nats usually get injured and are told it is just precautionary while they are out day to day. Then play 1 game. Day to Day for a few more days, then they get hit by the DL. That didn't happen to Mock.

I dunno. The one in white in back just looks like she got caught up in a bad crowd. I'm betting she was in to laudinum and then moved to Deadwood.  Is that her hat or her hair?

the one pointing to the sign cracks me up.  As if we can't figure out why they're all posed there.

Yeah, why they had to put that in the broadcast I don't know.  As much as I dislike him as a pitcher, the last thing I want to do is see some guy that is probably miserable say "this is the worst day of my life."  The real kicker was DT smiling the whole time.
