Seems strange we'd get the prime time slot on firday if it is also the O's / NYY elimination game day.

That's why I said there's still a chance they freak Washington over in favor of game 5 of the yankee/red sox series (even though we already know who will win that game).

Can I forget this year and just say it's strange that Cleveland hired tito in the middle of the playoffs.  Why did Epstein give them permission to talk to him?

I plan on being there early enough to go to the red loft to say hello to the wnff crew (I may not make it in time for that for game 3 though). Be on alert though, if MDS starts talking crap about the Redskins there will be one less Marlins/Nats fan during the game.

He knew his veteran team would not let that be a distraction on their posteason run.

I'm not going tomorrow (whining and dining clients) but I'll be there for game 4 early.  Planning on riding the wheels of steel over so if you see this rolling down M Street you'll know Imma be in the house.

My guess is that there was some wrangling between MLB and TBS in finalizing the schedule and in the end TBS opted for the Yankees game that's sure to happen over the possibility of an elimination game.

One note: Game 4 would shift to 5:07 p.m. if Tigers-A's series doesn't reach a fifth game (Det currently leads 2-0).

Looks like it needs to be a sweep tonight for that to happen...
