Disagree with the selling of Philly gear

They had it last year, along with Red Sux, Yankees, and Mets crape.

Wait....the Nationals park actually sells opposing teams gear?

I never remember that happening at Camden Yards...or Fedex Field...or Verizon Center for that much.

Why the hell would they do that...all that symbolizes is a cheap ownership who wants nothing but $$$.

You didn't see the stories about Strasburg gear being sold in Cleveland,Chicago and Detroit?

No. To be honest I never even thought teams did that. Out of all the sporting events I have been to in the DC Area this is the first I have heard of a team selling opposing teams gear.

Selling Phillies gear in DC would be like the Capitals selling Crosby jerseys....it is just sacrilege.

They've always sold the opposing team gear in the team shop behind home plate.

I'm sure it'll be packed with Phillies stuff again this year.

that's pretty common I think.  Whenever I've visited other parks there is usually a stand selling opposing team gear.

Stand yes... inside your own team store as the Nats do it? Doubtful.

Any chance we can get this on the big screen after HRs?  Or better yet work it into the rally montage.

What time do parking garages open on game days?  Or are they open all day?  Also anyone know how long before gametime the PNC Diamond Club opens up?  Thanks!

CF gate opens up 2.5 hours before game time that gets you into the CF concourse and the CF stands, I don't believe the club parking garages open much before that.
Not sure about Diamond Club

Hello Everyone! I am going to attempt to answer your non-baseball operations related questions (NOT why dont you sign so-and-so, why did you trade so-and-so, etc.) about Nationals Park! I cant promise I can answer every question personally, but I am willing to give it a go!

Give me shout!

Sounded nice at the time.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that a few team employees do read this board and monitor fan input on twitter.

I can also tell you with 100% certainty that any team employee with input on player/management decisions pays zero attention to the "keyboard managers" in cyberspace. Thank goodness!!!!!  8)

Under Kasten the Nats management received a daily summary of what was being said on the internet.

Now that the river walk is open, any plans for a will-call window on the river side?

Don't they keep the actual physical tickets on call there?  If so, it would be problematic to have more than one location.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!

I was thinking the same thing, they'd have to scan the tickets and then reprint them at the other site, which would actually be a real nice perk to save people a long walk around the ballpark.
