If Orlando Hudson becomes a free agent, look for the Nationals to go after him.

now quit your damn crying, Hammonds.

we're going after Hudson, which means we are World Series bound next year.

I hope not. It took JD Martin 9 years to make it to the show and we know how that turned out.

Debbi (:puke:) said last night that they are going to send him to the AFL and make him our "priority player" meaning that he will get a lot of playing time.

Are you kidding me dude? how can you say she was too old but still looked good?  :?  You really are in love with young prospects. You should come to my pool. You would love all the teenyboppers working as lifeguards.  :?

And women don't all hit the wall at the same age. I had a 40 year old when I was a few years older than you and she was still a monster.

But if you play your cards right they hit the wall at any age.   ;)

Nah, I mean she was hittable but probably not GF material because of the age difference.

40 years old? I can't imagine that although I guess there are a few that can get by at that age.

again he's a key component of the plan and he's nowhere near ready to help our big league club ... it's nice that he's doing good, but it doesn't help our current situation at the major league level for this year or next.

hammonds, what is the scoop on Haynesworth? The Junkies seemed concerned on the radio this morning.

Is this guy going to nag out and play half the season or is he going to hold up and play the majority of the games?

75 pitches in 6 innings for Johnson.  Looking like a complete game, probably shut out.

I think SF is lost and has been spending way too much time watching sports since he doesn't know the difference between attachment and tire tracks.

If he keeps pitching like this, I'll need to remove the beachball from his name.

He failed the physical.  :?

little things like this don't matter to Hammonds.

he'd sign Hudson(or any other free agent) even if he showed up to his physical in a full body cast.

I'm not going to panic. You know how the media is about that type of thing. IT gives them something to talk about and hold on to their job by pretending they are actually useful.

yeah, cause Hudson is the difference between our Bullpen being historically bad, and being World Series Caliber. :?

the 09 team has much bigger problems than you hating whatshisface Gonzalez.

anyway, whatever. lemme stop before the LAC cronies start telling me how much I love the Lerners because I don't think Hudson is the major difference maker that you do. :?

I'd rather have him next year when we at least theoretically have a chance of him mattering.
