MLB Scouting Report:
Oswalt allowed four runs over six innings in a loss to St. Louis on July 16, his first start of the second half. The All-Star right-hander ended a streak of 12 consecutive starts during which he had allowed three runs or fewer.

Loaiza will face the Astros for the seventh time in his career. He is 2-2 with a 4.30 ERA against them. In his last start, Loaiza pitched six innings and gave up three runs on seven hits as the Nationals defeated the Brewers, 5-3. Loaiza struck out four batters and walked one.

edit: At least Baerga knows how to get hit by a pitch.  Now up comes the offensive powerhouse of Esteban Loaiza!
