Besides that 5 run 7th, I was very disappointed in the crowd today. Absolutely no life from what I could hear in section 119. Which is sad because Strasburg was dealing and the place was absolutely dead whenever he got hitters in two strike counts. And then a lot of Nats fans were heading for the exits in the 8th...maybe I'm expecting too much from our fan base.

No you're not.   I've found that too!   It's a shame because the guys always mention how great our fanbase is!   I scream until the last out.   Even BOB and FP were making comments on how not too many people were standing up!   SHAMEFUL!  :-[ :icon_frown:

Really?   Because a bunch of us do that chant.   Sometimes I do like to start it though!

In TBSITH for full Mets series (but not Thursday if it's raining); seatmates bought my Friday and Saturday tickets off me so Sunday will be the only Twins fixture I'll be at.

What is TBSITH?

  • A split allegiance is still an allegiance
You got it, according to OC: The Best Seat In The House - mine, 312/A/1, just slightly to the left of home plate with a thoroughly panoramic view.

I will have to stop up there next time I head to a Nats game and check it out.

Nice view of the Capitol dome too.

I really don't like those A row seats in the 300s... the glass bothers me. I, however, am in 314 Row H. Easy in and out, *just* to 1B side of home plate. Better view of a righty pitcher, and we have more righties than lefties this year, so... :)

Are those your regular seats?  We're a few rows in front of you.

10 games, but yes. The games I have left are 6/7, 6/20, 7/5, 7/26, 7/28, 8/28, 8/30, and 9/22.

Let me know if we overlap and games, I'll buy you a beer.

You must have tons of time now that you no longer have to disparage Espinosa in every post. In every thread.
