What did Dukes do?

He just half-assed a catch, it bounced off the heel of the glove it looked like.

Why in the hell does Manny insist on starting him every damn game? Put his ass back on the bench for good. I'd rather see Langerhans play.

WTF WMP? FLop gets criticized for not hustling when he's out by a mile, WMP gets suckered into slapping one to 3B and then jogs up to the bag? At least try to beat that out after you hit such a crappy ball. WMP has enough speed to beat a throw from a 3B who has to run to tag 3B and then make the throw. The WMP experiment is becoming tiring. If they are going to insist on playing an alleged slugger, put him lower in the order where he gets protection and a chance to rake. If you are batting him 8th and 9th, you are admitting that he stinks.

I wouldn't. I want Casto out there everyday to see what he has to offer. We all know Langerhans is the late defensive replacement. WMP should not have a job when we reach Minnesota.

I wouldnt mind giving Roger Bernadina a call up to take over Willy-Mo's spot.  Ill have to admit I have been remembering the WMP of yesteryear and have been giving him the benefit of the doubt... that is until lately.  The Red Sox knew what they were doing when they dumped him on us, now we cant dump him on anyone.  Trade/Cut him, call up Bernadina... maybe start Langerhans for a little (although Im not a big Langerhans fan).

Obviously we'd all like to see Casto play everyday. I'm just saying if the choice was between Pena and Langerhans I would rather see Langerhans start everyday.

I forgot about Casto, I wouldnt mind giving the kid an extended shot to try to win the job.

He's been terrible for a month now spanning about 5 starts.

Our offense should be scoring more regardless. Nice hit Guz. We must score here.

I couldn't even watch that game.  There was an Ozzy Osbourne concert that night.

...What the hell just happened?
