This guy has some of the most mediocre stuff I've seen all year. And we can't do crap.

Washington might not have as much luck, however, against Fiers (3-4, 1.96 ERA), who in seven games -- six starts -- since July 16, has a major league-best 0.76 ERA.

FAR STRONGER AND Better Than Henry!  What? A National pitcher hasnt had 2 runs scored against him!  Geez you really are a perfectionist arent you?!  >:(

Definitely not. I was laughing at PC and SF that time they said Zimmermann deserved a loss just because he made one mistake.

My complaint isn't that Detwiler gave up runs, it's that he yielded so many base runners with two outs all because pressure got to him. Of course he's better than Henry, but the thing they both have in common is that it's all mental with them, mistake-wise.

I would HATE to have Detwiler starting a playoff game, I'll tell you that.

The league has barely seen him. Wait till the word gets around on him and he has to face teams a second time. His stuff won't hold up.

Six starts in eleven days. That seems impossible.

Now it's a blow. Terrible outing from Ross all things considered.

Couldn't even make it through 5 innings after having 3 scoreless innings to start. That sucks.

Back to square one after all those wins we reeled off. The Braves are not going away. Only 4 back after tonight.

Ross was gassed in this inning and the last one.  If keeping them from scoring was your objective, he should have been taken out last inning.

However, I trust our bullpen other than HRod, and if we can get into the Brewer's pen I think we still have a chance.

Like I said, he has mental issues.  Hope to hell we don't need him in the postseason.

Ehh, Ross is a number 5, whatever.  I'm more concerned about why the hitters aren't hitting.

And, now that throw shouldn't have been thrown.
