Because Matt LeCroy retired.

Nice.  I remember that like it was yesterday.  Ha.

Haha I know. Meant to be rhetorical.

Why not let him get Braun out who he owned first time two times up and then pinch hit for him? Stammen sucks.

2 things, Stammen doesn't suck and Ross was having trouble getting guys out.  Don't think I want him facing one of the top 5 hitters in the game.  Didn't work out this time.

Does he need another cortisone shot? He is late on some fastballs he should be killing.

Who else has squared up a fastball tonight?

Gotta put the ball into play there. Zim looking weak last two nights.

Zim looked late on pitches last night too even with that hit. Hope it's not his shoulder again. He looks like he did before he went on his hot streak.

Hanging breaking ball and Zim sits down quietly. Must be hurt, he's guessing.

Getting back to Detwiler, this Brewers team is a bad matchup for him.  They are a heavy right hand dominant team so Gio will have to be sharp on Sunday.
