What a dumb pitch by Lackey. He had Flores done there.

Look at Flores. Chases two balls way in the dirt and then on the next pitch he smokes it into CF for a single.

Awful pitch by Lackey and FLores took advantage.

Harris had his best year with Atlanta last year.  I'd like to think he's coming out of an awful slump, by learning to ignore Lenny Harris.

I remember seeing him bat lead-off and saying man I wish we could get him. Know...well it is a different story.

It was a really strange year.  He really had two good months and was complete garbage for the rest of the year.

I'd definitely like to see him start instead of WMP, though.

Absolutely. I just want someone out there who can catch a damn ball. Any offense is gravy.

I heard about that. Did you get to see C.C.'s from yesterday? I heard it went way over 400 ft. I haven't seen it yet, though.

Bergmann can't get past 4 innings.  Kotchman singled.  Kendrick doubled to center, Kotchman to third.
Mathis hit sacrifice fly to left, Kotchman scored.

Nationales 1
Angeles 1

Bergmann, use the pics!

QFMFT

I was just about to applaud Harris for his defense on that last play.  That 3rd out would NOT have been caught by WMP.  This is why Harris should start instead of that bum.

How pathetic have we become when we have reduced a run producing power position like LF where defense is secondary to this?  :?

They want Wright gone too. Apparently he had a bad error that caused all 4 runs to be unearned.
