Yeah, because common sense says to give kids TJ surgery, when they don't need it.
Surgery on a pitchers arm should always be the last ditch effort. Not precautionary.
He may or may not need TJ down the line. But its pretty obvious he does not need it right now, or there wouldn't be putting him on the mound.
