sigh.. Most unclutch team in the Majors. Kearns and Zim both have been up with runners on 2nd and no outs and both have failed in advancing the runner to 3rd.

Zimm needs to get out of the 3 spot.  He has been horrible this year.

Technically, Zimm did advance Guz to third, but point taken.

It's unlikely that Manny will move him out of the three spot after 9 games when he was hitting third for 162 games last season.

I don't know if we make that move quite yet, but I could definitely see him in the 5 spot in the future.

Good walk NJ. We would have better off if Ryan just struck out. We'd have bases loaded with 1 out.

Manny's in love with him. It may NEVER happen.

Kearns with a 1-pitch flyout. Bob and Don are speechless as am I.  The unclutch hitting is just appalling.

Was it at least a deep fly that he drove well?  It went by so fast on the game day that it never showed.

RZ needs speed in front of him in the order and power in back of him in the order so they start going after him with mostly fastballs. Right now the guys behind him haven't shown much power or clutch hitting so pitchers don't give him much in the heart of the strike zone because they aren't afraid of walking him. Even though he has walked only once all season.

It's not on either Marlins broadcast station, so Selig blacked-out both MASN and MLB extra innings.

How about switching Zim's and NJ's spot

I'd actually prefer NJ in the third spot because of his tendency to take pitches and get on base, but Kearns power is non-existent thus far, so it'll be even worse for RZ.

NJ hit a pretty nice homer the other day.
