DeRosa batting 5th in LF, Nady batting 7th playing RF. Werth playing CF and hitting cleanup.

This looks like a lineup capable of getting shut out today.

out of all the guys on our bench - with the exception of lombardozzi - those are the guys i'd want playing the OF and in the line-up.

Santana has a wicked 87 mph fastball and a changeup that is slightly slower. I'm sure he'll have his way with our lineup  :?

i guess b/c it's lefty vs. lefty

IIRC, Davey said in spring that if Morse was hurt ... LaRoche would be his cleanup hitter against righties, Werth vs. lefties.

Going .500 on the road is the mark of a winning ball club. Winning 4/6 on the road is the mark of a playoff bound club!

This GameDayThread did NOT go to MASS (Mininum Acceptable Strasburg Standard):
 :rites:
REASON: No picture of Strasburg within 20 minutes of creation.
                                       :worship:

Consequences:
Michael Morse is now out indefinitely.

If this game is L _ S T,  then punishment is in order...
