Wow. I was interested in finding out more about this guy earlier in the year due to his great stats. I wonder if this is part of the reason he has kicked around so long in the minors?
Not the first ballplayer with the drinking and driving problem. Baseball needs to get control of this. If not out of a sense of duty then out of a sense of the potential image problem a high profile incident would cause.
