TBS announcers keep saying Jay's catch is the play of the series. No, Werth's was.

'Nationals hit in some very tough luck' in this inning - Jageler

Understatement of the day.

Both said it was the catch of the series at different times.  They're really underselling Werth's play yesterday, which was the difference in the game btw.

Not to mention nearly jizzing himself when he called the original play.  Meanwhile, they barely even acknowledge Werth's play or either of our bombs.

Lets not discount the power of the turnaround pic

(Also, chief, you need to show me how to make it safe for everyone involved)

I thought it was a double into the gap and it just kept carrying and carrying and looked like it was going out of the park and then out of nowhere bam. He ran so far to get to that one.

Don't worry about it. If you haven't figured it out by now it is likely too late. ;)

I just feel like Dick Stockton is really weird with his inflections during the game.  He goes hog wild at sometimes normal plays and hits, and then when a home run is hit, it's like he's keeping his voice down so as not to annoy the neighbors.
