As far as I know. In fact, I believe they have them in the area behind CF at Nats park.

They have cages in Cooperstown that throw different types of pitches in each cage but not machines that randomize the pitches.

This is the worst HD I've seen in a long time. The red jerseys are strobing and they aren't focusing on the hitter. Cameraman, you aren't Ansel Adams. Just focus on the hitter.
