I have MLB.tv.  I watch other games, other teams play.  They may not have the worst record but I think this is the worst team in baseball.  There are so many fundamental things this team can't do that others do as a matter of course.

the only reason we're 14-17 is because of our pitching.

On the bright side, we have Tyler Clippard.

haha oh crap it is the 8th inning.  they'll deliver the dagger here.  then we get to see nunez pwn us and do his stupid freakin celebration.  then get to hear the same old postgame, how the bats are going to come around.

Clippard multiple innings?  Could be rough.  I have a feeling we pull this off still.  I must have had too much wine at dinner...

he could give up 6 home runs in this inning, i still wouldn't blame him.

our offense lost this game.

why not multiple innings?  he's our best reliever outside of drew.  we're lucky to even be in a tie right now.

Any reliever going multiple innings scares me, best reliever or not.

when's Bonifacio due up? I don't know how, but he'll be the one to beat us.  He did hit his first career non-inside-the-park HR this week...

We'd have to score again to win this game so it doesn't matter what Clippard or whoever follows him does.

outside of nunez, i'm trying to think what other closer in baseball i'd rather beat.  we've already beaten k-rod and lidge before.

hmmm let's see ... JZ and clippard do their job tonight.  MASN will make sure to give credit to the Nats for their pitching.  But will make excuses for the offense.
