lol how much are you planning to save between now and Sunday?

I get paid between now and sunday, wondering if I should set some aside for tickets or go blow it at a bar... I know man it's tough #firstworldproblems.

I will be there, in Section 112. I have made my peace with the fact that I will watch Detwiler get rocked and the Nationals eliminated in 4 games after a promising season. I will use my time at the game to enjoy the park one last time in 2012, relive memories, and enjoy ballpark food while I can.

Serenity now.

It's gonna be so awesome when we win these next two games and I'm there for NLCS game one.

The Nats need a team dance. I have determined that is what makes the A's successful.

i'm cautiously optimistic.  After having watched nearly every game this season I know this team isn't as bad as we've played over the last two games.  However, I'm concerned that the Cards are indeed this good.

I just want to win dammit .

It's more of who's hot and who's not.  The team has had runners on, but no one but Desmond is really hot.  And we just haven't had hits at the right time.  (though Pitching has been disappointing)

Yeah, it's important to note that the hitting hasn't shown up. The 7 extra runs we gave up yesterday don't really matter, because we'd have lost anyway.

Zimm is batting over .400 too I think.  But yeah, the whole team has been cold.  Still, this team won 98 games.  I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet.

It looks as though we may face the Giants in the NLCS on Sunday.

Yes...I am an unrepentant Nats fan boy (though I confess that I did leave the game a beaten man in the 8th inning yesterday).

Are they still doing the 5 dollar pre game happy hour special on beer during the playoffs?

And I'm in the doucher section. Flat brimmed hat with the sticker on it, cocked to the side and red marker under the eyes

They weren't yesterday (went to the Scoreboard Walk about 45min before first pitch, and everything was regular-price).

I've changed my avatar back to Roy Sievers, Harmon Killebrew, Jim Lemon, and Bob Allison. It watched the Nats win 98 games in the regular season. Just need a touch of their home-run power.

Funny Welch. I was told by a hard core Nats fan yesterday to break out the hat I wore that gave the Nats good luck in the season. Normally, that hat gives way to my Pat the Patriot hat once the other team has played it's last game.  I wore Red Curly W on Sunday (with a Pats jersey and sweat shirt), then did the Curly W with the Mr. Walkoff on Monday.  Switched to Pat yesterday.  After being told to restore the mojo, the Trot Nixonesque faded-blue with the red B is back today and will be for the rest of the season.

Where will they show the game until the reds-giants game is done?
